When you contact us
When you send us an inquiry, we ask for the details we need to respond. For a coffee project, this includes the location, stage and context you choose to share. We confirm receipt after your message has been saved.
How information is handled
We store inquiries privately so authorized SKY9 staff can respond to your request. If staff email notifications are enabled, they contain a brief summary and a protected link. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Cookies and security checks
We do not use marketing cookies or a third-party analytics service. Our inquiry forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to help block bots. It processes network and browser signals for that security check and to improve bot detection.
External maps and social platforms apply their own privacy policies when you follow their links. Hosting providers may retain operational logs.
